Establishing the right environment is critical to the mediation process. Cramped quarters and institutional settings do little to relieve the anxiety that can hamper meaningful negotiations. Our facilities provide a calm, relaxed backdrop that allows the parties to better focus on the issues at hand.

Our state of the art mediation facilities are private, secure and comfortable. Each of our ten private mediation rooms come with teleconferencing equipment and wireless internet access. Several are fully equipped with complete AV capabilities. On-site support is available for any administrative need, including copying or faxing.

All of our conference rooms include complimentary coffee, tea and ice water. Kitchens are available with microwave ovens, refrigerators, soda and snack machines. Additional refreshments are available on request, as are a full variety of snacks or box lunches. Clean, well-appointed restrooms are only steps away.

Our convenient downtown Minneapolis Location features underground parking, with skyway access to nearby restaurants, snack bars, banking, and other services.
